Krista Kotrla
My mission is to inspire, support and guide you through leading change in your organization.
As a former client of The Table Group, and longtime fan of Patrick Lencioni’s models for organizational health, at the beginning of 2019 I felt called to join the org health movement by starting my own practice in order to help leaders and organizations throughout Dallas, TX maximize their competitive advantage.
After serving as Senior Vice President of Marketing for a medical imaging equipment company for fourteen years and then Chief Operating Officer for a manufacturing company based in Dallas, TX, I realized the true power of organizational health as the way to pursue lasting transformation. Having lived in organizations with it and without it, and after leading organizational growth and excellence in both scenarios, it became clear which version was the best way to unleash the gifts of every single team member, to perform at higher levels as an organization, to grow, adapt, and thrive in the midst of challenging times, and to ultimately impact lives and communities beyond the walls of our companies.
If that is your goal too, let’s connect.
We exist to change the world of work by helping leaders master the four disciplines of a healthy organization.
There is no better way to achieve profound improvement in an organization than by attacking the root causes of dysfunction, politics, and confusion.

- That time I intended to type “got it” in the instant message to the company president but accidentally put the space in the wrong place so my message to him simply read “go tit”
- That time I froze up when meeting Brené Brown and instead of communicating a heartfelt blessing of gratitude, I just kind of awkwardly held her hands
- 100% of the meetings and conversations when I let fear win instead of curiosity and courage
